Talk to someone about the place you imagined or write out the details.

Change something about your place. Guided prompts: What if something happens in your place? What if there's a natural disaster? How does your place change? How would your place change if there was an alien invasion? How would a family argument play out in your place? What would happen in your place if there was a serious accident? Imagine a marriage proposal in your place.

Write a scene in the place you imagined that includes a change.

Imagery graphic organizer: Select something you saw recently and write out the details in a table with six boxes. On paper, you can draw a line down the middle and then two horizontal lines across to build the organizer. Using your graphic organizer as reference, create a piece of writing with detailed imagery.
